Approval

This chapter describes all information about approving submitted lexical records, including:

• How to view submitted lexical records
• How to approve new created lexical records
• How to approve modified lexical records
• How to approve deleted lexical records
• How to approve restored lexical records
• How to purge and reedit submitted lexical records

Please notes:

• Do NOT approve many lexRecords at one time because:
  • The approval requires detail review and accountability.
  • This might cause a core dump and kill the DB server if too many records (500+) are approved at one time.
• An auto-approval feature was implemented in 2018 to allow the LexBuild System approves the submitted records. This features is implemented as post-process with crontab. The implementation approve records twice weekly (Tuesday and Friday).
